How soon will my order ship
Orders are process within 1-2 business days, please add 1-2 days more holidays/weekends/sales.
If i live in California, can i pick up from your store?
Most certainly you can choose to pick up your order at one of our retail locations. Make sure you choose this option at checkout.
My item is defective, can i return it?
A truly defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 60 days of use. For that reason, we only accept defective returns within 60 days. After 60 days you will need to do directly with the manufacturer.
Can I return clearance/sale items?
All items purchased with 30% OFF or more can be returned for exchange or store/online credit! Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of exchange item. A return label will be provided at no additional cost.
