Shipping and Delivery:

All orders must be received by 1:00 PM P.S.T to be shipped the same day, Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days excluding major holidays. Regular UPS Ground shipping takes from 2 to 5 business days After we ship your order, we'll email you to confirm it has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number. The diagram to the right shows estimated transit times for UPS Ground shipping. If something in your order is on backorder, we'll email you to let you know the delivery status. Customized/Team items can take between 3-4 weeks to complete. The time it takes to process your order depends on product availability and our outside vendor's turn-around time, regardless of chosen shipping method.

Returns & Refunds: is committed to ensuring your purchase fully meets your expectations. To make sure that it does, we back every purchase with a 365 dayreturn policy. You may return any new product bought from (so long as it meets the criteria below) after any amount of time. Items returned within 30 days can be credited back to the purchasing credit card, while items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit/online credit equal to the current price of the item. This means if the items drop in price prior to you returning it, you will receive the lowered price back in credit. All items bought with 30% OFF or more cannot be returned for exchange or refund! Only items that are in "New, Unused and Resalable Condition" will be accepted as returns. We strongly recommend trying on all footwear and apparel indoors. Almost all items that have been worn outside (specially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition.

What IS NOT in new condition:

Any footwear that has been worn outside of the house; any grass stains or markings on the bottom of the studs are not acceptable A jersey, shirt or anything else that smells unnatural. Anything you accidentally spilled on Items that you received with a tag, that no longer have a tag ATTENTION: All footwear being sent back to us MUST be in a shipping box. Shoes sent back in the footwear box with a shipping label on the outside will not be accepted, no exceptions. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost to and from, including items with manufacturer defects. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination as specified by our shipping providers. Customized/Team Items, Club/Team Orders, Large Qty Orders, or Used/Worn product cannot be returned. For exchanges, simply return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We require you to use our Return & Exchange From for all returns.

Defective Returns:

A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw. All of us at play soccer just like you and know the normal wear and tear of soccer equipment. Based on our experience, a truly defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 60 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within that period. Defective products can be returned to up to 60 days from purchase date for a 100% store credit, assuming we deem them defective. Remember, everything we receive labeled as defective is fully examined to ensure the product does in fact have a factory defect.

Examples of DEFECTS:

Footwear: Outsole completely separates, shoe splits, tongue comes off, eyelet broken
Gloves: Finger saver breaks, stitching comes out
Balls: Stitching comes apart, bladder won’t hold air, slices from manufacturer.
Bags: Stitching comes apart.
Apparel: Seams come apart or out.

Examples of NON-DEFECTS:

Footwear: Cleats you wore on concrete; tongue missing because your dog chewed it off. Glue separation between sole and upper.
Gloves: Stitching coming out of fingertips because you were nervous while in goal.
Balls: A ball that looks like an egg because it's your favorite lounge chair; a ball that doesn't hold air because you decided to play target practice with a sharp fence.
Bags: A bag that is torn up because you drag it everywhere between games.

Clearance Returns:

All sale/clearance items with over 30% marked down, cannot be sent back for a refund or exchange.
