Privacy Policy:

Azteca Soccer, Inc respects your privacy and we take it extremely serious. We take great pride in being honest, fair, respectful, and courteous to each and every customer. We will not give, sell or exchange your email address. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it's the right thing to do. We use a third-party service provider to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our Web site, and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to this and other Web sites to target advertisements for goods and services. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry standard technology used by most major web sites.

No Risk Return:

All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. All items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we will not be accept your return.

Sale/Promo Return:

All items purchased through a sale or store promo are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective/Damage Item:

Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item 14 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. You may also notice that some non-apparel and non-footwear items have extended warranties that will of course be honored during the life of their guarantee. We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.

Standard Delivery:

All orders from Azteca Soccer, Inc must be received by 1:00PM P.S.T. Orders received after 1:00PM P.S.T. will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1:00PM P.S.T. on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days excluding major holidays.. FLAT RATE shipping takes from 2 to 4 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)
